Amber Heard & Johnny Depp Divorce Settlement Near Completion

Sources from both Amber Heard’s and Johnny Depp’s camps have told Stream Fan News that they will finalize their $7 million divorce settlement this week. Heard has already made good on one of her promises as she donated $350,000 to the ACLU on August 19th, as an ACLU rep also relayed to SFN that the actress paid the money in advance but future payments were held up currently until she gets the rest of the entire settlement.

Heard’s attorneys told a pool of reporters that included SFN, that the settlement docs would be finalized and signed this week and Amber in turn will honor her pledges to Children’s Hospital and the American Civil Liberties Union. He continued that her commitment to protecting domestic violence victims and helping sick children is her life’s work. She will be tireless in continuing to lend her voice to the numbers of women speaking out about this scourge infecting the American family.

Heard, 30, and star of the Danish Girl, had previously vowed to donate the money from her settlement with Depp, 53, to the two aforementioned charities. Heard filed for divorce from Depp in May, citing claims of physical and verbal abuse during their four-year marriage.
On November 25th, Heard appeared in an intense and emotional #GirlGaze Project Public Service Announcement concerning domestic abuse. She didn’t even implicitly mention Depp in the short clip, but does give the inner dialogue of domestic abuse victims. The couple announced their settlement in a joint statement after an acidic divorce battle.
